At Stannon Lake in Cornwall, re-create semi-natural heathland, acid grassland and woodland habitats on former china clay mineral workings using anaerobic digestate and similar materials. |

Set up appropriate plans at up to 25 beaches to inform beach/bathing water users as fully as possible of any relevant increase in risk to their health or welfare from events at a South West Water asset, so as to allow them to make an informed choice about their behaviour, and extend our BeachCare initiative. |

Expand the FreshStart Fund to assist customers, especially vulnerable customers seeking help with water debt. |

Provide sites for public visits as part of National Heritage Open Days event with target overall of 200 visitors. |

Achieve a 3.3% reduction in operational carbon emissions from energy use from 2009/10 levels. |

Design and implement 50 new pressure management schemes to reduce the operating pressure in the areas of our water supply network where we have a high operating pressure and a high frequency of pipe bursts. |
