South West Water's vision

We are a company rooted in the South West but we aim to be amongst the best companies in the water industry.

Our vision is to deliver pure water, pure service and a pure environment.

This report sets out our corporate responsibility actions for 2008/09 and corporate responsibility targets for 2009/10 relating to the achievement of our vision for the benefit of our customers and the environment in Devon, Cornwall and parts of Somerset and Dorset.

Conservation, access and recreation

This corporate responsibility report describes South West Water's responsibilities for conservation, access and recreation to comply with the Code of Practice issued by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. These activities are undertaken at our inland waters by South West Lakes Trust, an independent charity, on behalf of the company.
